Part I: Ferris Wheel and Steam Train

At Image Model, our commitment to excellence drives us to surpass the expectations of our valued customers consistently. However, due to NDA restrictions, we have been unable to publicly display the extensive array of models we have crafted. Therefore, in an effort to provide a glimpse into our model-making capabilities, we've designed an elaborate amusement park model for exploration. Our amusement park model features four distinct attractions: the iconic Ferris Wheel, the enchanting Steam train, the delightful Teacup ride, and the timeless Merry- Go-Round. Each attraction has been meticulously crafted with specific and intricate details, showing the level of precision and expertise we bring to our work. In this two-part newsletter, we will journey into each attraction, providing insights into the crafting of each attraction. For Part I, we will focus on introducing the Ferris Wheel and Steam Train and highlight the features and design elements employed in their creation. We hope these newsletters can provide a deeper understanding of our model-making capabilities while conveying the passion that is embedded in every model we bring to life.

Ferris Wheel

Our Ferris Wheel features PVD and VM/AR optical coated gondolas that rotate around the structure. The Ferris Wheel, which can be illuminated, is supported by a gradient anodized base and CNC machined gears on its backside. More details may be viewed in the video above and sketch below. 

Steam Train

Our Steam Train features a powder-coated exterior surface with body sections made with casted material for efficient light diffusion. The silicon casted/NCVM wheels travel along the rail track, which sits on a UV-printed baseboard. More details may be viewed in the video above and the sketch below.
